Upcoming Event: Hubbard County Community Resource Fair

More details to come! Check out our Facebook page at @YESSHubbard for updates.

Youth Emergency Shelter & Supports (YESS), U of M Extension, and Parenting Solutions have partnered to bring you the Hubbard County Community Resource Fair. Because Park Rapids Schools is under construction, we found the closest location to the high school: Riverside Methodist Church.

The resource fair will be held on October 22nd, starting with students from 1 pm to 2:30 pm and then opening to the general public from 2 pm to 6:30 pm. YESS will be purchasing prizes for youth and adults attending the event as an incentive to attend. YESS also hopes to partner with schools and cover transportation fees to get students from Park Rapids, Nevis, and Laporte to attend this event.

Yes, this is a free event, and there is no charge to host a table. Organizations and agencies will be required to bring their tables. We will have food during the event, so there won't be a need to pack a light dinner. Organizations and agencies must have someone present at the event, with no unmanned tables.

Please let Donna or me know if we need any local services. Please fill out the following link if you can or cannot attend this event. Flyers will be coming in the next few weeks!

Please share this with other agencies we may have missed in this email.
