We love our communities!

 We wanted to take time and reflect on this weekend.

 We want to thank everyone for coming to Charity Night at Revel Brewing! The night was a hit, and there were a lot of great positive conversations!

 Tara was the 50/50 raffle ticket seller, and boy, did she do it well! After the night was done, she sent our board a loving text. Often, we hear a lot of negativity about what we are doing; however, she got the opposite end that night and heard so much hope in the room!

 Then today Ben and Kori went to First Lutheran Church in Akeley, as we are the Outreach Mission of the month. The sermon spoke to our hearts and offered hope for the future of helping our most vulnerable. Reminded us that we are doing the hard work, but good work!

First, we hope your new year is off to a great start! We would like to invite you all to visit and participate in a few upcoming fundraisers for Youth Emergency Shelter & Supports (YESS). You will find the flyers attached.

1. Revel Brewing is hosting Charity Night for YESS. $1.00 from each beer sold goes to the YESS 50/50 Raffle. Stop in and donate to get your name in for a Revel Brewing Gift Card, with live music. January 28, 2026, from 5 pm-8 pm. Dawn Rossbach is donating an art piece for a silent auction. 

2. Burger Bonanza & Side Show on March 21, 2026, at the Park Rapids American Legion. A link to the event is available on our Facebook page. It is similar to the Chili & Hotdish Cook-off that we did last year. Get your team or business registered today.

Lion Heart Experience Success

Thank you to The Nevis Public School for hosting The Lion Heart Experience! They may have had a frozen trailer upon landing in Minnesota, but the temperature the next day was HOTT!
